However, when I switch the main channel to the multi-output device, djay pro 2 fails to send a signal to either my speakers or to OBS. With iShowU as the main channel, my pre-cue through the external sound card still works as well. I have also tested djay pro 2 with my main channel as iShowU on its own, I can see the audio registering in OBS, so I know that connection is possible. I have tested djay pro 2 using just the built in output as my main channel and the external soundcard as my pre-cue channel and that works just fine. In djay pro 2 I have my output set to the multi-output device and my pre-cue set to an external USB soundcard.

I have OBS studio and iShowU set up the way it is recommended, and I have created a multi-output device in my mac that consists of the Built-In output (aka my computer speakers) and iShowU (an audio capture driver recommended by OBS to send the audio signal to OBS). I am planning on DJing a livestream set using djay pro 2 on my mac High Sierra 10.13.6. Is it something I can fix or is it a problem with djay Pro 2? Tl:dr OBS works with Virtual DJ, doesn't work with djay Pro 2. Looking for some help troubleshooting a problem I'm running into with djay Pro 2 and OBS.
